Had a great stay! The gym is awesome with tons of equipment, and the club lounge has amazing breakfast options. I could hear some chatter outside my room at night, but overall, the comfy bed made it easy to rest up. Location next to the metro is super convenient too.

The cleanliness of the air conditioning in the executive floor wasn't up to snuff, with visible mold present. the breakfast spread left room for improvement, especially for non-meat eaters, which feels lacking for a supposed top-tier hotel. The room layout could use a refresh, and one of the art frames in the initial room gave off an unsettling vibe, which isn’t ideal. Plus, the bed was notably on the firmer side—standard in Asia, but still something to note.
